James 'Booyah' Richard grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born and raised in church, his interest and love for music began at a very young age. James is currently the bassist for Grammy Award-nominated singer/songwriter Kenny Lattimore; and has performed with Jennifer Hudson, En Vogue, Dave Hollister, The Clark Sisters, Smokie Norful.
